Hospitality Committee

1. Stock kitchen with supplies (includes paper goods, staples and other supplies).See list prepared by custodian. 2. Stock kitchen with equipment and utensils needed. 3. Clean and organize kitchen at least once a year. 4. Clean oven and refrigerator as needed. 5. Wash towels and dish cloths. Service 1. Make tea and have ice available for dinner on the grounds and for special events when requested with advance notice. 2. Serve food for special events, when requested two weeks in advance. 3. Four groups have been established to rotate in serving dinner on the grounds: a. Sr. Adults Ladies “ and Young Adult II (Ladies only) b. Adult II Ladies and Younger & Older Youth girls (7-12 grades) c. Adult I Ladies, Young Adult II Couples (Ladies only), Young Adult I (College and Careers-Ladies only) d. Choir Members (We hope that pairing up of classes will be a stepping stone to the application of Titus 2:4-5.)
