MEDIA COMMITTEE I Membership and Meetings 1. This committee is to consist of the elected members of the media team and music minister. 2. The committee will meet as needed to recruit volunteers to staff the media booth. 3. The committee will operate and ensure proper maintenance of the Media equipment. II Functions 1. To recommend the procurement and maintenance of the facilities and equipment needed to carry out the work of the Media Ministry. 2. To prepare and submit the annual Media Ministry budget request. 3. To assist in the establishment of policies relative to the general operation of the Media Ministry and the use of its space and equipment. 4. Enlist train and schedule operators for church events that require sound/media operators 5. Inventory and safeguard equipment after use. 6 Review system operations and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Purchase and maintain all media equipment.
